With the latest leg of their seemingly unending global headline tour arriving in the UK next week, Cigarettes After Sex have announced yet more tour dates for 2018 including a headline show at London’s Brixton Academy on 24th May. Newly announced 2018 tour dates as follows.

Kicking off in Nottingham next week, their latest UK headline tour will take in Leeds, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, as well as a sold out show at London’s iconic Roundhouse on Monday 20th November - an impressive mere 18 months since they made their London debut, with a headline show at The (200 capacity) Lexington.

The Brooklyn based ambient pop group released their eponymous debut album to critical acclaim earlier this year. Having become a word of mouth sensation online, amassing tens of millions of streams for their exquisitely yearning, graceful dream-pop, their anticipated debut has album has now sold close to 100,000 copies worldwide.

Amidst the critical acclaim and impressive sales & streaming figures, setting them apart as an indie breakout act of the year, Cigarettes After Sex have also found themselves vocal fans in Taylor Swift, Khalid, Ed Droste (Grizzly Bear), and Francoise Hardy too who recently penned an essay for The Talkhouse about her love for the band, naming their music as something “which I have been looking for all my life”. Whilst in the UK later this month, Cigarettes After Sex will step into Maida Vale to record a live version of their current single ‘Sweet’ with Annie Mac for BBC Radio 1.
