Fenne Lily / Shares New Single 'Three Oh Nine' Ahead of UK Tour Next Week

309 press shot FINAL2

Fenne Lily has today unveiled a brand new single, ‘Three Oh Nine’. The track has proved popular with live crowds in recent months and with a proper studio version now ready, Fenne is sharing the track with a wider audience.

‘Three Oh Nine’ begins with Fenne’s now familiarly fragile vocals front and centre but marks the first time she has experimented with a fuller band sound - bringing in bass, percussion, and glistening production, her repeated “please don’t leave” becomes an exquisite haunting refrain as the track unfolds.

Stream and Share ‘Three Oh Nine’ on YouTube and Spotify.

With just 3 self released tracks to her name so far, Fenne Lily has built a considerable and impressive following, those tracks amassing upwards of 23 million streams on Spotify alone. Off the back of her first two self releases (‘Top To Toe’ and ‘Bud’), Fenne closed 2016 with her first ever UK headline tour and a special one-off show supporting Lucy Rose. Since then she’s released her first official music video (for ‘What’s Good’), she’s toured Europe supporting Charlie Cunningham, and most recently played Reeperbahn Festival in Germany where she was one of the names shortlisted for the prestigious Anchor Prize which highlights the most promising new acts.

In between tours, Fenne has been far from idle and has been busy singing guest vocals for a number of other artists including 4AD’s Aldous Harding, as well as fellow Bristolians Oliver Wilde, Slonk, ThisisDA, and Tamu Massif. She’s also been busy working on her own material and news of a debut album is expected  imminently.

Ahead of that debut album news, in October, Fenne Lily will embark on a unique co-headline tour with Siv Jakobsen, Sivu, and Paul Thomas Saunders playing some of the UK’s most beautiful venues including London’s Cecil Sharp House. See below for full upcoming live listings.
