Mosa Wild have announced their return with the release of a brand new single, ‘Night’. Streaming everywhere from today, 'Night' is taken from the band’s forthcoming debut EP ‘Talking In Circles’ which will be released on Glassnote this summer.

Despite being one of the tracks that took longest to form during the process of making this anticipated EP, ‘Night’ is Mosa Wild at their most sonically immediate. The anthemic refrain of “help me be strong” throughout the chorus is an instant rallying cry, ready-made for audiences en masse.

‘Night’ is one of the EP tracks produced by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Bombay Bicycle Club) whilst other tracks on ‘Talking In Circles’ were produced by James Kenosha (Pulled Apart By Horses, Dry The River). The pairing results in a cohesive experimentalism to this debut EP that is grounded in the band's huge guitar riffs and walloping drum lines but it's the gentle lilt of lead vocalist Jim Rubaduka's smooth vocals and the spacious backdrop of their songs that elevates Mosa Wild beyond typical British indie tropes.

‘Night’ is the first new material from Mosa Wild since the release of their dark & stormy debut single ‘Smoke’ (which has now clocked up a mighty impressive 8 million streams on Spotify alone) back in 2016. Such was the success of that one single that it promptly landed the band a global deal with Glassnote Records as well as a slot on the bill at Reading & Leeds and a tour supporting Maggie Rogers across Europe.

Amidst a whirl of growing buzz, the foursome retreated to their guitarist Alex Stevens’ aunt's house. Sequestered in a little village, miles from civilisation, they spent an intense eight-month period working on a collection of songs which has come to form ‘Talking In Circles’. With this EP’s release now on the horizon, Mosa Wild are itching to build on their initial live momentum. The band will play their first ever London headline show on Wednesday 10th April at The Waiting Room and will also make a return to the festival circuit with a showcase at The Great Escape in Brighton in May.
